with Sriracha Mayo on toasted Nann Rounds
2 pkg (4) Monastery Signature store made Spinach & Feta Burgers
1 pkg (16pk) Stonefire Tandoor Baked Nann Rounds
1 cup Monastery Signature Baby Arugula
1 cup Neal Brothers Sriracha Mayonnaise
1 pkg (175g) Tre Stelle sliced Mozzarella Cheese
3 Hot house tomatoes, sliced
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
Pre-heat BBQ grill to medium high heat.Place burgers on the hot grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Toast the naan rounds on the top rack. Once burgers are almost fully cooked, place a slice of cheese on each burger. Once melted, remove from grill.
Brush the inside on each bun with the Sriracha mayo, add the burger and top with arugula, tomato slice and onion if desired.
Serve with a family sized Caesar Salad and enjoy!
