1 pkg (12) Monastery Signature Store made fresh Beef Sirloin Slider burgers
1 pkg (12) Monastery Signature Slider Buns
1 (250g) Monastery Signature Spicy chipotle & roasted red pepper mayo
1 pkg (170g) Fresh Express Sweet Butter Lettuce Mix
1 pkg (165g) Arla Sliced Jalapeño Havarti Cheese
3 Red Cluster Tomatoes, sliced
1 Small Red Onion, sliced
Pre-heat BBQ grill on medium high heat.
Prepare the burger toppings; slice the tomatoes, onions, wash the lettuce and set aside.
Grill slider burgers on the hot BBQ for about 10 minutes, flipping once. Lightly toast the buns on the top rack. When sliders are almost ready, place a small piece of Havarti cheese on each burger until melted.
Remove the buns, brush each side of the burger bun with the chipotle mayo and assemble the sliders starting with the burger, lettuce, tomato, onion and top with the bun and place a toothpick through the burger to hold together.
