Try this refreshing drink on a hot summer weekend!


1 whole Seedless Watermelon
2 cans (355ml) San Pellegrino Limonata
¾ cup Italian Volcano Organic Lemon Juice
1bottle (755ml) San Pellegrino Sparkling Water
Fresh Mint


Cut a seedless watermelon into small chunks and place in a blender. Blend the Watermelon in small batches until smooth and liquid. Pour into a strainer to remove the pulp and discard, keeping only the juice. Fill a large pitcher with the watermelon juice, add 2 cans of Limonata and the lemon juice and stir well. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

Pour into individual glasses with a spring of mint for decoration. Top with a splash of sparkling water and enjoy.

Summer fun tip: Want to jazz up your lemonade? Add one cup of Vodka to your watermelon juice OR replace the sparkling water with a sparkling wine like a sweet Moscato!
