This dinner is so easy and delicious, you’ll impress yourself!
1 pkg (500g) Monastery Signature Fresh Spaghetti Pasta
1 tub (300ml) Monastery Signature store made Pesto
¼ cup Rossi Parmigiana Reggiano Cheese, grated
Olio Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Martelli Sea Salt
In a large bowl, add the Pesto and grated Parmigiana Reggiano, set aside.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the fresh pasta, and cook for 3 -4 minutes. Strain the pasta immediately and add to the bowl with pesto. Quickly stir the pasta together with the pesto until combined and the cheese is melted.
Serve in a pasta bowl with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Add a fresh sprig of Basil for decoration and enjoy!
