Take advantage of the summer season with beautiful fresh figs.
8 Fresh California Black Figs
16 Fresh Basil leaves
2 pkgs.(100g) Marc Angelo Prosciutto, sliced
1 jar Giorgio Summer Blossom Honey
Cut each fig in half and place one basil leaf on each half of the fig. Wrap each fig in a slice of prosciutto.
Arrange figs on a serving plate and with a spoon dipped in honey, slowly drizzlethe honey over the figs.These sweet and salty appetizers are best served immediately, but don’t worry they won’t last long!
