4 Fresh Striploin Steaks, 1” thick
1 tbsp. Martelli Sea Salt
Pinch Ground Black Pepper
Pinch Turmeric, ground
Pinch Paprika, ground
300ml Olio Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
bunch Fresh Parsley, chopped
Combine spices, chopped garlic and parsley with the olive oil to a large bowl or dish. Add steaks and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let rest at room temperature for at 1 hour. If you like a little more heat, add an extra teaspoon of paprika.
Pre-heat your BBQ to 400°F.
Place steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare, or 4-5 minutes per side for medium. Accompany your grilled steaks with a Monastery Bakery family size Caesar salad and a fresh Rustic Baguette.
Butcher’s Tip: Flip the steaks only once!
