Salamoia Bolognese – Aromatic Herbal Seasoning (Sea Salt, Rosemary, Garlic, Sage and Pepper)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Peel and cut butternut squash, remove seeds and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Toss cubed butternut squash in a large bowl with a few shakes of the Salamoia Bolognese seasoning and a pinch of the Monastery Signature Italian Seasoning Blend. Pour on enough olive oil to coat the butternut squash and toss in the bowl to coat in the seasonings. Place evenly on a baking sheet.
Light smash 3 garlic gloves with the back of a chef’s knife and add on the tray for some extra aromatics.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until soft and edges are slightly browned.
Enjoy as a side dish.
